Nereus Fellow at Utrecht Richard Caddell will act as the keynote speaker at a fisheries law workshop on September 23rd at Tromsø University, Tromsø, Norway.
The workshop, titled ‘Innovating for Change in Global Fisheries Governance’, seeks to address the question of how international law can be used as a device for change in global fisheries governance, drawing on scholars and practitioners to combine international law and policy perspectives.
