Nereus Fellow at Utrecht University Richard Caddell will be presenting at the Seventh Annual Oslo-Southampton-Tulane Colloquium at Southampton University, presenting a paper entitled “Pirates and Platforms: Maritime Disorder and the Arctic Sunrise Arbitration”. The Colloquium is an annual event organised by the law schools of Oslo, Southampton and Tulane Universities, three of the leading centres for maritime law globally.
