Nereus Program Fellow Tiff-Annie Kenny (University of Ottawa) will be attending the International Symposium on Food Security and Nutrition in a Changing Climate, which will take place from September 24 and 27 at the Québec City Convention Centre in Montreal. Hosted in collaboration by the Québec Government and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Symposium will bring together 250+ experts and representatives from international organizations, civil society, the private sector and youth groups to highlight the importance of food and agriculture systems in the fight against climate change, and to develop concrete solutions for addressing this global issue.
