Nereus Senior Research Fellow Daniel Dunn (Duke) will be attending the 4th International Marine Protected Areas Congress (IMPAC4) on September 4-8, 2017, in La Serena-Coquimbo, Chile.
The Congress will provide networking and collaboration opportunities to attendees, and facilitate discussion on several themes, including: engaging youth in Marine Protected Areas, Marine Protected Areas in the high seas, challenges for Marine Protected Areas in polar and sub-polar ecosystems, and the role of Marine Protected Areas in reducing the impacts of natural disasters.
