Nereus Fellow Daniel Dunn (Duke) attended the Convention on Biological Diversity’s twentieth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice on April 30th in Montreal, QC, Canada.
The meeting looked at recommendations for progress towards the Aichi Biodiversity Target Goals 11 and 12, as well as recommendations on marine and coastal biodiversity in significant marine areas, impacts of marine debris and underwater noise, invasive species, biodiversity and climate change, and ecosystem restoration, among other concerns.
