Nereus Fellow at Utrecht Richard Caddell acted as the keynote speaker at a fisheries law workshop on September 23 at Tromsø University, Tromsø, Norway.
The workshop, titled ‘Innovating for Change in Global Fisheries Governance’ and held at the University’s K.G. Jebsen Centre for the Law of the Sea, concerned questions surrounding the usage of international law as a mechanism for change in global fisheries governance, combining international law and policy perspectives by drawing on scholars and practitioners.
