Nereus Fellow Richard Caddell will be speaking at the Oslo University colloquium: Ecosystem based management in the Arctic on the topic of “Environmental assessments – necessary and imperfect”.
Organized by the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, the colloquium will include discussions on managing Arctic biodiversity, particular in areas beyond national jurisdictions.
