Nereus Fellow Solène Guggisberg (Utrecht University) will be attending the Centre for International Law’s (CIL) Conference on Climate Change and Law with the Sea at the National University of Singapore from March 13 to 14.
At the conference, leading legal and scientific experts will come together to collaborate on the impacts of climate change on ocean activities, the challenges they pose for existing law of the sea frameworks, and how the law of the sea could potentially be used as a tool to respond to these impacts and support mitigation or adaptation initiatives.
